Do you offer a warranty on the luxury watches you sell?

Yes, all our luxury watches come with a 6-month warranty in addition to the manufacturer’s warranty, ensuring peace of mind with your purchase.

Can I visit you in person to view the watches?

Yes. Clients are welcome to visit our Poole-based office to view our collection in person. All viewings are by appointment only to ensure a personalised experience. Please contact us in advance to schedule an appointment at a convenient time.

How long is delivery?

We offer next-day delivery (excluding Sundays) using Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1PM. Your order will be fully insured and you'll receive your watch by 1 PM the following day.
