We carefully select and inspect every timepiece we sell to ensure the highest standards.

Online purchases:

• You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, in accordance with UK consumer law.
  
  
• Items must be returned in the same condition as received, including all original packaging, documentation, and accessories.
  
  
• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or not as described.

In-person purchases:

• Due to the bespoke and high-value nature of our timepieces, in-person sales are final. Exceptions may be made at our discretion for demonstrable faults.

Faulty items:

• If your purchase is faulty, please contact us immediately. We will repair, replace, or refund in accordance with your statutory rights under UK law.
